Cleanse Day!

  • Stage 1 – Morning
    1 oz of the Ionix + 2 scoops of the cleanse powder in 8 oz of water + 2 “snacks” + 1 accelerator.
  • Stage 2 – Mid morning
    2 scoops of the cleanse powder in 8 oz of water + 2 “snacks”
  • Stage 3 – Mid afternoon
    2 scoops of the cleanse powder in 8 oz of water + 2 “snacks”
  • Stage 4 – Early evening
    2 scoops of the cleanse powder in 8 oz of water + 2 “snacks”

AND 80 oz of water (half your weight in ounces)

Okay.  So how did I do?

  • Okay with all the water
  • Hunger managed with the chocolates, almonds BUT here is where I tripped up.  I thought that the Isalean bars were okay to add – It wasn’t.  I sould have paid more attention.  Oh well.

Coach suggested that I do a “back-to-back” cleanse days which means to do a second cleanse day tomorrow.  This would have more impact.  No brainer?
