Day 10

Day 10

It’s day 10. Which means that I am one third of the way through the program and how do I feel? I am surprised that to shakes a day and a meal would be enough. I’m surprised that in fact I forgot to take the second shake today I’m not so sure that that’s a good thing but that is what happened.  I’m eating more salads and a lot less carbs no bread no pasta.


What I also noticed is that belly fat seems to have been shrinking I don’t feel as bloated as I did before I started the program. Don’t get me wrong it’s still there but I see an improvement. I do find myself a little bit more tired at the end of the day. But I also know that my system is very adaptable and I’m sure that my energy will come back. But I’m going to check with Coach anyways.
